Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, the amenities were great and the location are strategic. The room was wonderful, clean and nice breakfast buffet. I loved the interior design and great place for instagramable.

From the late night checkin through holding the restaurant open for us, so we could eat before finalizing the checkin process, through every detail of our stay, customer satisfaction was clearly the goal!

Location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to klcc and many tourist spots. Lovely for an evening walk out to the city. The room was great. Staff very nice and helpful. They were nice enough to give me an early check in since I had an early morning flight.

Everything was perfect! From checking in to checking out! We had a junior suite with a queen sized comfortable bed. The cleaners kept our room spotless. The food was amazing!! Breakfast - plenty to choose from for everybody. They've really thought of everything. We've stayed in a lot of 5-star hotels, and we can't fault this hotel in any way! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

The hotel facilities are great but the person at the reception was not fit for the job, I was charged for 50 RM for premium internet which is stupid for a 5 star hotel to charge extra for internet.

The room was spacious and clean and the mattress was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible - so many choices! The staff was friendly and helpful and the ambience of the hotel is great. Its quite centrally located as well.
